Minimum Order Policy
There is a minimum quantity of 35 cards per order. A small-order fee of $7 will be added to any order of less than 35 cards.

Payment Policy
Payment will be accepted in the form of cash, personal check, money order, or paypal. Payment must be received by Keepsake Greetings by Leisel before order will be completed.

Sales Tax/Other Fees
We are required by the state of Utah to charge sales tax if the billing or shipping address resides in Utah. There are no other handling or hidden fees for any order or product, other than what is clearly shown on the site for the price of the product, the applicable shipping charges, and what is explained in the other policy statements.

Satisfaction Guarantee
After we create your proof you'll have an opportunity to make small changes to your proof at no charge (up to 4 separate revisions). Your sixth proof and each consecutive proof are $5 each. Once you're satisfied with your changes you may request a physical proof which we will mail to you at no cost. If you are unsatisfied with your proof, you may cancel your order prior to approving your proof. A refund is issued for the product price less a $25 design setup fee and rush processing fee (if applicable).

Shipping Policy
We offer the following UPS shipping options to orders shipping to U.S. destinations: Ground, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, and Next Day Air. Canadian orders ship via U.S. Postal Service Express Mail International (approx. 5 mailing days). Military addresses (APO/FPO) ship via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. Applicable duty fees will apply at the time of delivery to orders shipping to non-U.S. destinations.

Once you approve your proof, the order is typically shipped the next business day.

Return Policy
We are incredibly confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase. However, because of the highly personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns due to customer error (i.e. typos, change of date, etc). We provide a virtual proof with the option for 4 free revisions, and more at $2 each so that you can be sure that you get everything exactly as you would like it to be. Please note that because of different browsers and monitor settings, the color of your printed items may vary slightly from what you see on screen.

If there is an error on your order on our part we extend our deepest apologies and ask that you please contact us within 5 business days so that we may rectify the issue. We will give you the option for a full refund, credit towards a future purchase or a reprint of the order which will be expedited for you.

Should you elect to ask for a full refund or credit towards a future purchase, one will not be issued until we have received the order back, in it’s entirety and it’s original condition.

Copyrights
All images on this website are the property and the copyright of Keepsake Greetings by Leisel and may not be reproduced or used in any form, electronic or printed without prior written permission from us. Reproducing copyrighted material is prohibited by law. Additionally, all printed photo cards created by Keepsake Greetings by Leisel are copyright protected and may not be reproduced without permission. When you purchase custom designed photo cards from us, you are purchasing a pre-printed product created by an artist--you are not purchasing the copyrights to it (the right to reproduce).

By submitting your order to Keepsake Greetings by Leisel, you acknowledge that you own the rights to the photographs and give Keepsake Greetings by Leisel permission to reproduce the images. You agree to indemnify us and hold us (and our agencies and fulfillers) harmless from and against any and all losses, damages, costs or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your breach of the foregoing representation and warranty or arising out of any claim by a third party that the picture (or the use thereof) constitutes an infringement or other violation of such third party’s copyright, intellectual property rights or other rights. Your obligation to indemnify and hold us harmless shall survive any expiration and termination of these Terms of Use.

If you are ordering cards that will feature a child as a subject, by submitting your order, you certify that you are the parent or legal guardian of the subject/child in your cards. Please understand that we WILL NOT accept photos that portray full or partial nudity of a child's genitals. These images will be immediately deleted and you will be asked to replace them with suitable photos.

Privacy Policy
Keepsake Greetings by Leisel is committed to protecting your privacy. It is necessary for us to collect personal information in order to process and ship your order. We absolutely do not provide or sell your information to any outside agency, person, or company for any reason.

We do not rent, share, or exchange our customers’ email addresses. We do use these addresses for our own electronic marketing purposes, but only with your consent. Instructions on how to unsubscribe are included in every promotional email.

We may retain other companies and individuals to perform functions consistent with our Privacy Policy on our behalf. Examples include web hosting companies, fulfillment companies (e.g. companies that coordinate mailings), data analysis firms and email service providers. Such third parties may be provided with access to personally identifiable information needed to perform their functions, but may not use such information for any other purpose.

Personally identifiable consumer information is shared with third parties (such as banks and credit card processors) to the extent necessary for Keepsake Greetings by Leisel to receive payment and for no other purpose.

We also may release personally identifiable information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with law; enforce or apply our Customer Agreement and other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of Keepsake Greetings by Leisel, our users, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and risk reduction.

When you visit our site, some information, such as your domain name, browser type, and referral information, is collected automatically. This information is used solely for the purpose of monitoring the traffic our site is generating. We use this data to improve the site and your shopping experience. We do not monitor navigation patterns outside of our site, but we do gather information on referral sites that send visitors to us.

As with any business, it is possible that we may sell all or part of our business in the future. In such transactions, user information, including personally identifiable information, generally is one of the transferred business assets, and by submitting your personal information you agree that your data may be transferred to such parties in these circumstances.

The Site may contain links to or from other websites. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of other websites. This Privacy Policy applies only to the information we collect on the Site. Please read the privacy policies of other websites you link to from kgleisel.com or otherwise visit.

Keepsake Greetings by Leisel reserves the right to modify or amend this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason. If there are material changes to this statement or in how Keepsake Greetings by Leisel will use personally identifiable information, Keepsake Greetings by Leisel will post notice on the Keepsake Greetings by Leisel website homepage (www.kgleisel.com).

Children’s Privacy
Keepsake Greetings by Leisel does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children at any time. If we learn that we are in possession of the imformation of a child under the age of 13, we will make every attempt to remove the information from our systems and databases. We will not use this information except where it is necessary to protect the safety of the child or others.
