Placing an Order
Placing a phone order

Our phone hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00 A.M. 4:00 P.M. Mountain Standard time and our phone number is 1-801-645-6463. We do encourage customers to place their order through email or fax via our order form which can be downloaded or sent to you via E-mail.

Placing an email / fax / mail order

You can email/fax in an order to us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and all emails and faxes are kept in a confidential and secure area to protect your personal information. Our e-mail ordering address is kgleisel@gmail.com and our fax number is 1-484-993-9719. You can download an order form here or e-mail us (kgleisel@gmail.com) and we can e-mail a PDF form to you.

You can place orders via mail. You will need to download or receive an order form via E-mail so you can mail in your order. We accept cash, checks, money orders and PayPal, but do need to receive your payment before we can send out our order. If you have additional questions regarding sending your order to us through the mail, please E-mail us at kgleisel@gmail.com

Minimum Order Policy
There is a minimum quantity of 30 cards per order. A small-order fee of $7 will be added to any order of less than 30 cards.

Payment Policy
Payment will be accepted in the form of cash, personal check, money order, or paypal. Payment must be received by Keepsake Greetings by Leisel before order will be proccessed and proofs are sent out.

Sales Tax/Other Fees
We are required by the state of Utah to charge sales tax if the billing or shipping address resides in Utah. There are no other handling or hidden fees for any order or product, other than what is clearly shown on the site for the price of the product, the applicable shipping charges, and what is explained in the other policy statements.

Step-by-step Ordering
1. Browse www.kgleisel.com and find the card that comes closest to your perfect photo card.

2. Write the design number down and start thinking about photos you could use to help perfect the design you've chosen. Great sizes for photos are about 1200x1800 pixel resolution or around there, but we can work with almost anything. For tips on taking great photos, go here.

3. Download the photographer's release form and have the photographer of your photos sign it, unless you took the photos yourself which would render the photographer's release form unneeded.

4. Download the order form and fill it out, making sure to double check the form before sending it in.

5. Send the order form AND photos to kgleisel@gmail.com and mail/fax the photographers release form if needed to 1-484-993-9719 or Keepsake Greetings by Leisel, 84 Villa Dr, Clearfield, UT 84015. Or you can print both forms and mail all forms and photos to us. You will receive your original photos back with your completed order.

6. Check your email inbox daily for any correspondence from Keepsake Greetings by Leisel. Chances are we will have lots of questions because we want to create the PERFECT card for you. If we have urgent business, we will call you on the phone number you have provided on the order form.

7. Before you can receive your order, we require payment for the project. You can pay by personal check, money order, cash, or through PayPal. We will include instructions on how to make your payment in the first 2 emails from us.

8. After you have approved the final proof of your order, we can send your order out with UPS within 1-2 business days.

Shipping Policy
We offer the following UPS shipping options to orders shipping to U.S. destinations: Ground, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, and Next Day Air. Canadian orders ship via U.S. Postal Service Express Mail International (approx. 5 mailing days). Military addresses (APO/FPO) ship via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. Applicable duty fees will apply at the time of delivery to orders shipping to non-U.S. destinations.

Once you approve your proof, the order is typically shipped the next business day.

Return Policy
We are incredibly confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase. However, because of the highly personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns due to customer error (i.e. typos, change of date, etc). We provide a virtual proof with the option for 4 free revisions, and more at $2 each so that you can be sure that you get everything exactly as you would like it to be. Please note that because of different browsers and monitor settings, the color of your printed items may vary slightly from what you see on screen.

If there is an error on your order on our part we extend our deepest apologies and ask that you please contact us within 5 business days so that we may rectify the issue. We will give you the option for a full refund, credit towards a future purchase or a reprint of the order which will be expedited for you.

Should you elect to ask for a full refund or credit towards a future purchase, one will not be issued until we have received the order back, in it’s entirety and it’s original condition.
